Zoning Map Change, Case #Z0800003 – 751 Assemblage
This is a request to change the zoning designation of a 166.8-acre site at 9414 NC 751 Highway. The proposed development plan, if approved, would allow for a range of 1,040 to 1,300 residential units (a mix of single- and multi-family) as well as a combination of commercial, office, and civic uses; ranging from 170,000 to 750,000 square feet of total non-residential uses (300,000 square feet of office, 300,000 square feet of commercial, and 150,000 square feet of civic uses).
