Durham County DSS has issued three (3) Requests For Proposal for:  Work First Training, Job Development and Vocational Rehabilitation Services.  Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M., on March 9, 2012.

Proposals shall be mailed and/or hand delivered to the Issuing Department shown above, and the envelope shall bear the name and number of this Request for Proposal (RFP).  It is the sole responsibility of the Offer or Bidder to ensure that its proposal reaches the Durham County Department of Social Services, Business Office by the designated date and hour indicated above.

PRE-BIDDERS CONFERENCE:  A Pre-Bidders Conference will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., on February 7, 2012, in The County Commissioners Chambers located at 200 East Main Street, Durham, North Carolina 27701.  The purpose of this Conference is to allow all potential Bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarifications relative to RFP solicitation with Durham County Department of Social Services. While attendance at this conference will not be a prerequisite to submitting a proposal, all potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and read the entire solicitation in advance.  Any changes resulting from this Conference will be issued in a written Addendum to the solicitation and posted at this website.
